Foundation
The company was founded in 1969 by mill foreman Claus Friedrich. At the beginning it was run besides mill and grain trading business as sideline. By development of new products after retirement of the mill in 1972 the company steadily established as a known address for specializes milling equipment.
Development of core businessIn the 80ies and 90ies the product range was extended.
In the mids of the 80ies the Coriolis weigher was developed and patented. The company Schenck produced this weigher under license agreement for wide fields of pharmaceutial and coal applications. Until today the Coriolis weigher is the most economical continuous weighing system for heavy flowing products.
At the end of the 80ies the Automatic Dampening System was developed. It is used for grain dampening in the whole world.
Besides that further devices for weighing, dosing and milling supervision have been developed.
Going concern
Today the company is led by mill foreman Claus Friedrich and his son, Dipl.-Ing. Johannes Friedrich.
Our going concern is based on firm priciples. Among these are transfer of long-time experience, reliable and immediate service and development of innovations by use of modern technologies.
Company premises
In former times the so called Holzmühle was a flour mill. After retirement in 1972 it served for several years as grain storage. In 2007 the mill building was rebuilded and renovated. Now it accommodates offices, workshops, testing plants for bulk and housing space.
Workshops
Our workshops are specialized on production of measurement and control devices. We have workshops for assembly, metalwork and special testing labs. By means of high-modern equipment we are capable of precise and immdiate fabrication of custom products.
Offices
In our offices we attend to do our day-to-day business and develop new concepts. We are at our customer's disposal with direct and quick response. In case of problems and special requirements we answer promptly and efficiently. We aim to provide an effective and sustained service.
Testing plants
In our testing plants we test each device with bulk under real conditions. In our modern test labs we can do moisture analysation and control of bulk weight and capacity. In particular we can test different bulk types. Therefore we resort to our exchangable container system.
