Yield Controller VC

The Yield Controller VC is suited for evaluation of max. 16 scales. Two milling systems can be evaluated simultaneously. The actual capacity of each scale (in t/h) and the associated yield (in % of the first break) is calculated. The sum of each yield is shown as total yield. Besides the actual yield the total output is shown. Each flour type is registered and can be displayed in per shift, week and month.

Limit values:
For each product two limit values can be set. By exceeding or undershooting these values a signal is given. By this control meachanism the whole mill can be controlled easily.

Graphic:
Each yield is shown as graphic chart directly in the display over last 24 hours.

Preselection:
For each product a desired batch amount can be specified. Upon reaching this amount a relay contact is activated.

Flow setting:
The first brake can be controlled by a relay signal. The operator sets a desired flow. The evaluation electronic calculates the pulse time and puts out flow pulses.

Interface:
The VC6 has a serial interface for transmission of data to a PC. From this PC the mill can be monitored at any time. It is also possible to make printings and to store and reload data. The program is running under Windows 9x/ME/2000/NT/XP/Vista.
